What is the cost of therapy?

My rates fall within a sliding scale. For individuals, sessions range from $120–$150. For couples, the range is $140–$170. You can find a breakdown of the sliding scale [below]. I also offer a few reduced-fee spots—reach out if cost is a concern.

How Does your sliding scale work?

I offer therapy on a sliding scale, meaning the cost of your sessions can vary based on your financial situation. Here's how it works:

  • $120 (Individuals) / $140 (Couples)
For those experiencing financial hardship or working within a tight budget.

  • $135 (Individuals) / $155 (Couples)
A rate that feels affordable—it doesn’t compromise your basic needs or significantly limit daily activities.

  • $150 (Individuals) / $170 (Couples)
For those who can pay the full fee with ease and wish to help support access to therapy for others.

I also hold a small number of reduced-fee spots. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can talk about what feels manageable for you.

Do you accept Insurance?

I accept Partnership Health Plan (PHP), Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH) and Carelon.

For private payers, I can give you a superbill (receipt) that you can send to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
